Delivery Times:
Standard delivery times are 45 minutes/1hour, please allow some flexibility on busy days as all our Shishas are made fresh to order and are dedicated to providing a perfect Shisha experience. Dial A Shisha also provides a pre-booking service, please take advantage of this to guarantee your Shisha for the time you want it.
Terms & Conditions
All products excluding hire services are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 postal services. International postage is through either Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or Parcelforce. All products sold excluding hire services carry a 14 day return policy. Please email info@dialashisha.co.uk or call us on 07504873379 for any unused and unopened item(s) within 14 days of purchase to make arrangements for returning to us for a full refund.
